Day Of event coordination

When our clients use an event space as opposed to a catering hall, often times they find that there is nobody to fill the shoes of Event Manager (sometimes called the Maitre’d). In order to help our clients ensure a smooth overall event, we began to offer this service. The Day of Event Coordinator will oversee and manage your event to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly. She will also discreetly handle any problems that may arise and will be the main point of contact with your vendors so you don’t need to worry about what’s happening behind the scenes. This also means you can arrive to a perfectly set up event since your coordinator will have already arrived in advance to make sure it is set up properly by the vendors you have hired. They will act as the liaison with the venue, food manager, serving staff, decorators, MC, DJ, photographer and any other vendors operating at your event.
